Ride Radiant

  1. All online reservations are considered pending until they are reviewed and approved by a Ride Radiant representative. Final confirmation, including the total cost, will be communicated to the customer.
  1. Once a reservation is approved, an email confirmation with the finalized details and pricing will be sent to the customer’s provided email address.

Sprinter, Limousine, and Bus Reservations

  1. Once confirmed by our dispatch team, all Sprinter, Limousine, and Bus reservations are subject to a cancellation fee.
  1. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  1. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup will be charged in full.
  1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will result in 100% of the fare being charged, with no exceptions.

Sedan and SUV Reservations

  1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup will not incur any fees.
  1. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled trip on the day of travel will be fully charged.
  1. Passengers must inform our dispatch team at least 12 hours prior to any flight schedule changes. Failure to do so will result in the full fare being charged.
  1. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all their belongings upon arrival at their destination.
  1. Ride Radiant is not liable for lost or delayed baggage caused by airlines.
  1. If waiting time extends beyond the grace period due to baggage delays, additional waiting charges will apply.

International Flights

  • A 60-minute grace period is provided from the actual landing time.
  • After the grace period, the following waiting charges will apply:
  • Sedan/SUV: $1.50 per minute
  • Sprinter/Limousine/Bus: $2.50 per minute

Domestic Flights

  • A 45-minute grace period is provided from the actual landing time.
  • After this period, the following waiting charges will apply:
  • Sedan/SUV: $1.50 per minute
  • Sprinter/Limousine/Bus: $2.50 per minute

Customs Arrivals

  • Drivers will wait up to 1 hour for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic flights.
  • If no contact is made within the grace period, the driver will be released, and the full fare will be charged.
  • If the passenger requests additional wait time, the following charges will apply:
  • Sedan/SUV: $1.50 per minute
  • Sprinter/Limousine/Bus: $2.50 per minute

Non-Airport Pickups

  • A 15-minute grace period applies to non-airport pickups.
  • After the grace period, the following waiting charges will apply:
  • Sedan/SUV: $1.50 per minute
  • Sprinter/Limousine/Bus: $2.50 per minute
  • If a client fails to contact the driver or dispatch office within 45 minutes, the ride will be marked as a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.

Cruise Ship & Pier Pickups

  1. Passengers must contact the dispatch office at (347)-804-4443 or their assigned driver upon disembarkation to confirm the pickup location.
  1. If no contact is made, the driver will wait for 30 minutes before being released, and the full fare will be charged.
  1. Grace periods:
  • Cruise Terminal Pickups: 15-minute grace period
  • Pier Pickups: 10-minute grace period
  1. Last-minute pickup time adjustments are not allowed. Any changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance; otherwise, wait time charges will apply.
  1. Ride Radiant is not responsible for missed flights due to severe traffic congestion, including delays caused by NYC’s Gridlock Alert Days, as determined by the NYC Department of Transportation.
  1. Clients are advised to schedule travel with extra time in case of heavy traffic conditions.
  • Passengers who spill drinks, vomit, or cause damage to the vehicle’s interior or exterior will be subject to a cleaning and/or damage fee:
  • Sedan/SUV: $150
  • Sprinter/Limousine/Bus: $250
  • Any additional repair costs will be billed to the responsible passenger or the account holder.
  • Only service animals with valid identification are permitted in Ride Radiant vehicles.
  • Passengers traveling with pets (dogs/cats) must notify the booking agent in advance. All pets must remain in a secure pet carrier while inside the vehicle.
  1. All vehicles undergo comprehensive steam cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection at the end of each operating day.
  1. After each ride, vehicles return to the base for thorough sanitization before being dispatched for the next trip.
  1. All vehicles are treated with electrostatic disinfectant spray before departure.
  1. Drivers are required to wear masks and gloves during all rides.
  1. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available for passenger use inside all vehicles.
